I’m an experienced Senior Finance and Executive recruiter with over 20 years of recruitment and operational experience in the North West of England.
I’ve successfully recruited in excess of 100 Senior Finance / Executive appointments (Chairman, NED’s, Group Finance Director, CFO’s, Finance Directors) for a variety of organisations, but predominantly for a number of private equity scenarios (pre and post deal), SME’s and owner-managed businesses, as well as some of the larger corporates in the region.
My approach is based on a number of simple principles – I have a strong understanding and knowledge of the senior finance recruitment market built up over 20 years operating in the marketplace. I pride myself on being honest, straightforward and hardworking in my approach, and I personally take a genuine interest to ensure I gain a thorough understanding of all the businesses I recruit for. This approach has led to numerous referred and repeat opportunities over the years.
A semi-competitive sportsman back in the day, representing my county at tennis & rugby union. Now, I’m still trying to keep fit, but the majority of my time is spent trying to control two young boys!
Emma Hastings
I am now in my 20th year in financial recruitment and have specialised in senior finance appointments across the North West and London markets throughout my career.

My trusted network of the North West’s financial professionals has been built up over the years by taking the time to understand both businesses and candidates to ensure I deliver a successful solution. I work across a wide spectrum of interim and permanent positions; enjoying particular success within executive finance, transformation & change, project management, regulatory finance appointments.
My weekends revolve around being a rugby, football and cricket mum (and wife) and can mostly be found out of hours at Warrington Sports Club. To keep up with my boys, I play ladies cricket and love open water swimming in the muddy meres around Cheshire.
Tim Beach
Having commenced my career in commercial roles in the energy industry in London, I have subsequently accumulated over 15 years of recruitment experience both in the UK and overseas.
Since returning to the North West in 2013, I have focused on Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer appointments for clients in the region, working across all ownership structures (private, venture capital, private equity and plc) and across diverse industry sectors.
My overall experience is broad, having successfully delivered searches across Europe, Australia and Asia. I have supported clients in building entire teams from analyst level through to executive hires, as well as completing entire “team lifts”.
Outside of work I am kept busy by my young family, whilst enjoying Liverpool’s footballing renaissance and still hoping to recapture former glories on the golf course.
